About Alex Jump

Alex Jump originally hails from Chattanooga, TN, where she grew up breathing Southern hospitality. A BAR-5 Day graduate, Alex honed her skills by working behind and running bar programs at multiple James Beard nominated restaurants. In 2018 Alex joined the opening team of Death & Co Denver as the Head Bartender. Currently Alex spends her time consulting on a variety of food & beverage programs and initiatives through her company, Dim Lights Hospitality.

2 oz The SG Sochu Kome
0.25 oz Laurent Cazottes Tomato Liqueur
0.75 oz La Cigarrera Manzanilla Sherry
2 Tsp Clarified Tomato Syrup
3 dashes The Japanese Bitters Umami

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with 1 drop Toasted Sesame Oil and 3 drops Sun-Dried Tomato Oil.
