About Melanie Da Conceicao

Melanie Da Conceicao is the director of Salmon Guru in Madrid, Spain. Since she was little she has been surrounded by hospitality, inspired by her parents. In 2014, her adventure began in Australia where she lived for three years and had the opportunity to work in restaurants, bars and coffee shops and grow in the hospitality world. But just in 2017, Salmon Guru found her, and she discovered the beauty of the cocktails world. Since then, she has been working and continually learning, especially in the area of cocktails.
