About Madonoume Sake
Established in 1688, it is the oldest Sake brewery in Saga. It was the official sake brewery of the family of Saga fudal Lord Nabeshima in Edo Period since the first generation, Rokuemon Koga. The brewery aims to introduce the tradition and sake culture all around, and to produce good sake with Saga characters, with rich rice flavour which goes well with different kinds of food.
