Shochu Highball SilverLyan

2 oz Jougo Shochu 

⅔ oz Coriander Cordial

0.5 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Passionfruit Whey

 

Method: Shake and strain into a stemless wine glass. Top with 15mL club soda. Express lemon and discard. Garnish with passionfruit dust.
