1/2oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2oz. Aperol
1/2oz. Hibiscus Cordial
1 1/2oz. Kome Shochu (Rice), Toyonaga, Oita
1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters
Build the cocktail in a collins glass and pack with ice. Garnish with strawberries and Shiso leaves.
