About Joshin Atone

With family roots in both Japan and the U.S., Joshin split his time between California and Fukuoka, Kyushu. Upon moving to New York City, he joined Shingo Gokan’s team at Angel’s Share as a bartender. After one year in Shanghai at Sober Company, he then moved to Japan as part of the opening team for The SG Club in Tokyo. In 2019 Joshin co-founded The SG Shochu to introduce shochu to a global audience.

20ml SG Imo Shochu (Sweet Potato); Cacao Butter-Washed
8ml corn syrup
1 drop cacao syrup
35ml corn milk punch

Stir over ice in mixing glass. Remove ice and serve up.
