The Shochu is carefully brewed with the rare purple sweet potato, which is named “Nourin No. 56” and white koji. Then it is fruity glamourous and giving Akazaru its refereshing flavours. A unique premium Imo (sweet potato) shochu with special Murasaki(Purple) sweet potato added in the brewing process. An delicate mixbetween elegance and a robust taste unique to only this label.
