The malted rice is made from Kagoshima rice, and the only sweet potato used is Kogane Sengan made by Shin Higashibaba, a recipient of the Emperor's Cup and the Medal with Yellow Ribbon.

It is the original authentic sweet potato shochu brand that claims to be "stored in a ceramic pot " and is characterized by its mellow aroma, gentle taste, and deep aftertaste due to its aging.

Its elegant flavor not only enriches everyday moments, but also enhances each dish when paired with dishes made with premium ingredients.
