Kame-tsubo Aged Kura no Shikon is a luxurious shochu made with koji rice from Kagoshima and Koganesengan sweet potatoes from Higashibaba Farm, a recipient of the Emperor’s Cup and the Medal with Yellow Ribbon. As the original brand boasting “kame-tsubo” (clay pot) aging, it features a rich aroma, gentle smoothness, and a deep, lingering finish.
