Product
Kozuru Kuro is an authentic Satsuma shochu made with black koji to create rich depth and umami. Crafted from Koganesengan sweet potatoes using a low-pressure steaming method, it captures bold sweet potato aroma. A horizontal atmospheric still draws out maximum umami, resulting in a deeply satisfying shochu.

About Komasa Jyozo
