Made with 100% organic rice grown by contract farmers in the local Kuma area of Kumamoto Prefecture, this is Toyonagakura distillery's leading brand and is made by their traditional process.
A classic rice shochu from the Kyushu heartland. Exceptionally smooth and mellow, with a clean finish. Toyonaga has a sweet meadowland flavor, reminiscent of Speyside single malts. Serving recommendations: At 50 proof, Toyonaga can be sipped straight but is usually blended at a 70/30 ratio with water. Equally delicious warmed, at room temperature or over ice.
