Recipe:
2.5 oz Kogin No Sayaki Barley Shochu
0.5 oz Bitter Bianco
3 dash Sakura bitters
Glass: Martini Glass
Method: Give it a long stir until the mixing glass is frosty. Pour it over a chilled martini glass. Small umeboshi plum and cocktail onion on a skewer as garnish.
