Amami Punch

Recipe:
1.75 oz Re Lento Brown Sugar Shochu
0.5 oz Plantation OFTD Over Proof Rum
0.5 oz Orange Dry Curacao (Nikola uses Pierre Ferrand)
0.75 oz strawberry shrub*
0.5 oz yuzu juice
3 dash soy sauce (low sodium one)
Glass: Bodega Glass
*Blend 16 oz fresh strawberries and 500ml water, put in a sauce pan with 1000g organic cane sugar, stir, bring to boil, add 100 ml rice vinegar, turn off and stir.
Method: Pebble shake and pour in tall rock (bodega glass). Put bamboo leaf around the inner part of the glass. Fill with pebble ice, make a coupe with pebble ice. Sprinkle strawberry dust as garnish.
