Shochu Beautiful

1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2oz. fresh lime juice
1/2oz. Aperol
1/2oz. hibiscus cordial
1 1/2oz. Kome Shochu (Rice), Toyonaga, Oita
1 dash grapefruit bitters
Build the cocktail in a collins glass and pack with ice. Garnish with strawberries and Shiso leaves.
