About Sengetsu Shuzo
Sengetsu Shuzo has been producing traditional rice shochu in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, for 120 years since its founding in 1903. The name "Sengetsu" comes from Sengetsu Castle in the region, meaning “slender moon.” Sengetsu shochu is highly cherished in this heartland of rice shochu.
