A rice shochu aged over six years in oak barrels by Sengetsu Shuzo. Using new white oak barrels to draw out their natural aromas, it is carefully matured over time. It offers a full, rounded aroma and flavor, and is best enjoyed on the rocks or with soda.

About Sengetsu Shuzo

Sengetsu Shuzo has been producing traditional rice shochu in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, for 120 years since its founding in 1903. The name "Sengetsu" comes from Sengetsu Castle in the region, meaning “slender moon.” Sengetsu shochu is highly cherished in this heartland of rice shochu.
