Gokoo is a barley shochu distilled using atmospheric distillation to bring out the natural umami of the barley, and then slowly aged in oak barrels, resulting in a flavor that is both rich and refined. It is then slowly aged in oak barrels, resulting in a rich yet refined flavor. Notes of vanilla from the barrels blend with a smooth, layered depth, creating a sophisticated taste experience.
On the rocks, its aroma unfolds beautifully, while mixed with soda, the barrel notes spread lightly and refreshingly. A perfect choice for pairing with meals or as a gift—truly a shochu for adults to savor.
