Jinkoo is an authentic sweet potato shochu, carefully brewed in earthenware pots to fully bring out the rich umami and complex aromas of black koji. Through atmospheric distillation, the natural sweetness and robust depth of the sweet potatoes are preserved, resulting in a long, lingering, and layered finish.
