Jinkoo is an authentic sweet potato shochu, carefully brewed in earthenware pots to fully bring out the rich umami and complex aromas of black koji. Through atmospheric distillation, the natural sweetness and robust depth of the sweet potatoes are preserved, resulting in a long, lingering, and layered finish.

Its flavor is both powerful and soft, offering a multidimensional experience: on the rocks, the aroma opens up beautifully, while with hot water, the sweet notes expand and bloom. A luxurious shochu perfect for savoring slowly and enjoying at your own pace.
