Product
This rice-based spirit has been stored for seven years in Spanish sherry barrels that give a rich, mellow, fruity finish as well as very beautiful and dark amber color.
Rice is produced by local contract farmers in fertile Kuma region.
Limited quantity of Kangakoi is carefully prepared by the Kurabito, who inherited the technique of Kuma Shochu (Geographical Indications) production with 500 years of tradition.
