60ml Mugi Shochu Amber Water*
1 dash orange flower water
10ml Abavas Berry Distillate


*Shochu Amber Water
120ml Mugi Shochu (Barley), Kanehachi, Oita
60ml Amber Water*
Leave to rest at least 48 hours.

To make Amber Water
Add 10g of amber to 100ml of hot water. leave to rest at room temperature for 24 hours.


Stir all ingredients in mixing glass and serve chilled in a coupe.
