Recipe:

  • 0.75 oz Asahi Mannen Sweet Potato Shochu 

  • 0.75 oz Tobala Mezcal

  • 1.5 oz Shiso-Togorashi Tomato Water

  • 0.25 oz Basil Eau de vie

  • 0.25 oz cane syrup

Glass: Sake Glass 


Method: Throw cocktail between 2 tins with ice 10-15 times. Pour into a sake glass and garnish with a shiso leaf.
