Hana Sour

Recipe:

  • 2.5 oz Shiranami Kuradashi Shochu

  • 0.75 oz pink peppercorn chamomile syrup 

  • 0.375 oz lemon juice 

  • 0.375 oz lime juice 

  • Egg white 

Glass: Sour Glass 

Method: Dry shake all of the ingredients with the egg white followed by hard shake with ice. Pour into a sour glass and express the oil from a small piece of lemon over the surface. Garnish with a chamomile flower.
