Amami Island Colada

Recipe:
2.5 oz Jougo Shochu
0.5 oz Brown Sugar Matcha Coconut Cream
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz apricot liqueur
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Glass: Double Rocks Glass
Method: Shake all ingredients with several nuggets of crushed ice and pour into a frozen double old-fashioned glass. Fill with crushed ice and pack down, creating a dome of ice above the surface of the cocktail. Garnish with a matcha-dusted dehydrated lemon wheel.
