1.5 oz Imo Shochu (Sweet Potato), Kappa No Sasoimizu, Miyazaki
0.5 oz Lemorton Calvados
0.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
0.5 oz barley tea syrup
2 dashes cardamom bitters
Pine sprig as garnish


Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a trimmed pine branch.
