Pimms Shochu Cocktail PABU

Recipe:

  • 2 oz Kozuru Shochu

  • 0.5 oz Pimm’s 

  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice 

  • 0.25 oz Domaine de Canton 

  • Slice of cucumber

  • Two mint leaves (plus more for garnish)


Glass: Rocks Glass

Method: Muddle one slice of cucumber and two mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour over ingredients and shake with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
