Recipe:
2 oz Kozuru Shochu
0.5 oz Pimm’s
0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz Domaine de Canton
Slice of cucumber
Two mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
Glass: Rocks Glass
Method: Muddle one slice of cucumber and two mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour over ingredients and shake with ice, then strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
