Kuma River Swizzle

Recipe:

  • 2.5 oz Hakutake Shiro Shochu 

  • 0.5 oz fresh grapefruit juice 

  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice 

  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (1:1)

  • 1 slice of English cucumber 

  • 1 red grape 

Glass: Collins Glass


Method: Add the cucumber slice, grape, simple syrup, grapefruit juice, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add Shochu. Shake with several pebbles of crushed ice, then pour into a tall Collins glass. Add more crushed ice and garnish with another cucumber slice and grape flag.
